A 200-square-foot master walk-in in a McLean new build, drawn for a couple with very different storage needs and a center island they both wanted to use.
Two wardrobe runs face each other with a center island between them. His side: long hanging, drawer bank, shoe storage. Her side: double rod, drawer bank with velvet jewelry inserts, full-length pivot mirror. The island has six drawers, a folding surface, and a hidden hamper. Materials are wood veneer in matched grain.
