Arlington kitchens split into two distinct types. The first: 1940s brick colonials where owners are removing the wall between kitchen and dining room, opening a previously closed-plan galley into a larger working space. The second: new construction replacing teardowns, often with 10-foot ceilings and floor plans that read very differently from the neighborhood around them. Pannello draws both. The design approach is specific to each.

For the colonial openings, we coordinate cabinet delivery and install timing with your contractor — we come in after the structural beam is set and the rough work is finished. Cabinets are drawn to the actual new opening dimensions, not adapted from a standard size. For new builds, we use the ceiling height properly: floor-to-ceiling cabinet runs at 96 to 108 inches, integrated refrigerator and oven columns, LED channels designed in from the start.
