A working island is a small kitchen unto itself. Pannello draws each island to its room, considering clearance behind, sightlines from the living area, and the plumbing route, then lays it out so the storage matches the way you actually cook.

How big does my kitchen need to be to support an island?
A working island generally needs at least 42 inches of clearance on every accessible side. We map this on your floor plan during the consultation. Sometimes a peninsula serves better than an island in a Georgetown rowhouse.
